The staff was friendly and accommodating, made traveling with our two small kids much easier. The location is also great for visiting nearby colleges. The restaurant offered a wonderful selection for breakfast.

In my wife's opinion, the play area for children could use some improvement.

Nicely decorated room with comfortable bedding and a unique atmosphere. Good access for seniors with thoughtful rooms with beautiful décor, including stained-glass windows throughout the common areas.

Had a few issues . The neighbors were a bit noisy. The breakfast situation wasn't up to par either. Choices felt limited and the quality didn't match what you'd expect from a hotel like this. The check-in process took longer than I'd like.
